Rental Policies

Customer Responsibility:
All customers are required to have a current Arizona Drivers license on hand at the time of rental. Rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer until it is returned and accepted by an employee of Rental Team. In the case that the equipment is lost or damaged in any way, the customer will be charged the full replacement or repair cost in addition to the rental cost.
Deposit:
All customers are required to leave a credit card deposit. If a customer has an in-store account and it is in good standing, the signers on that account may rent equipment with no deposit.
Delivery:
Delivery service is available. Rates vary according to size of equipment and delivery distance. Please contact the store for specific delivery charges.

Rate Periods for Tools and Equipment
Half Day Rate:
This rate is a 3-hour rate, additional charges will be applied starting with the 4th hour. This rate is also the overnight rate. For the overnight rate, equipment can be picked up no more than one hour before closing, and must be returned no later than one hour after opening the following business day. If equipment is returned late, the normal rental rate will apply.

Day Rate:
Usage is based on the equipment being used for 24 hours except for larger equipment equipped with a meter. All large equipment such as Tractors and Skid Steers that have a meter are limited to 8 hours of operation for a 24 hour rental. If more than 8 hours are used in a 24 hour rental, a charge of $25 per hour is assessed above 8 hours.

 

Policy Change:
Rental Team requires a deposit on all rentals paid in cash. We are sorry if this is an inconvenience but to avoid this deposit, we strongly encourage the use of credit card.
